  • You closely monitor volumes, market share and market performance and find new opportunities through in-depth analysis within the MEA region (Middle East and Africa).
  • You develop and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with existing and new customers (distributors).
  • Your strong customer involvement and market knowledge enable you to respond perfectly to opportunities and trends. This is how you build customer relationships into real partnerships.
  • You will be responsible for developing, negotiating, implementing annual budgets, promotion plans by country/region.
  • You take ownership to ensure a smooth sales process from production to after sales. You will work in close cooperation with product development, logistics, quality, production and supply chain in order to develop the necessary innovative solutions for your customers and launch new concepts in addition to our standard product range.
  • You report to the Sales Manager Wholesale Fruits.


  • You have a Master’s degree in business with ideally a first successful experience in wholesale.
  • Understanding of frozen fruits or vegetables or food ingredients would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
  • You are a team player and your environment describes you as someone who takes ownership and who is passionate.
  • You are able to handle complexity, balancing quality and detail with pragmatism and hands on problem-solving.
  • You are proficient in Dutch, English and ideally also in French. Other languages such as Arabic are considered as beneficial.
  • You are open to travel in the MEA region to attend trade shows and meet customers (50% of your time).
